The Hamilton is having a Valentines Day art and cocktail black tie affair on February 14th 6:30-9:30pm. 

Only ECAA member artists will have their art featured at this event. This includes paintings, drawings, etc. as well as sculptures, etc. All paintings/drawings wall art must be framed or gallery-wrapped (no staples on sides). Even large, very nice, well framed and expensive artwork is encouraged. 

ECAA members artists will be able to sell their art at this event for the full purchase price.   

ECAA will provide art panels and lights on which to hang your artwork. 

Other kinds of art, for example wire trees and sculptures are also welcome.There will be a place to display these at the Hamilton in the main party room along with the art hung on panels. 

ECAA will handle all payments via credit card, cash or check at the event. Checks for art sold at the event will be mailed within a week after the event. 


Artists must do these things  to participate in this special event: 

1. Register as an artist by Feb.10th the Elliscountyart.net website including information about each piece of art (name, size, medium and price) so that tags can be printed in advance to put beside each piece for sale. Artists can submit up to five paintings. 

2. Indicate if you  plan to also stay for the event. Yes or No. 

3. Indicate if you will you be bringing a guest? Yes or No.

3. Bring your artwork to the Hamilton Feb. 14th 3:30pm -5:30pm and hang your art along with the printed tags provided when you arrive. 

4. Pick up unsold artwork between Feb. 14th 9:30pm- 10:00pm or Feb.15th 10am-12pm. Art left overnight will be secured in a locked room if you prefer to leave it until Saturday morning, Feb. 15th.
