Our doors are open to the community from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays, inviting art lovers and curious minds alike to explore and appreciate the creativity of our local artists. The gallery walls within this magnificent building are adorned with paintings, photography, and various hanging artworks, each telling its own story.
A Platform for Local Artists
The Hamilton Gallery is a collaborative venture between the Ellis County Art Association (ECAA) and the Hamilton management. As a self-service gallery, artists have the freedom to display their work in a way that best represents their style and vision. With no limits on the number of contributions, the gallery is a canvas for unlimited creativity.
Safe, Secure, and Supportive
Equipped with surveillance cameras and gated access, the Hamilton Gallery ensures a secure environment for both artists and visitors. While artists are encouraged to insure their own artwork, the gallery provides a supportive platform for artists to showcase and sell their work directly to art enthusiasts. Importantly, 100% of sales proceeds go to the artists, underscoring our commitment to supporting and promoting local talent.

Step 1: Join or Renew Your ECAA Membership
Your journey starts with being a member of the Ellis County Art Association (ECAA). If you're not already a member or need to renew your membership, simply click here to get started.
Step 2: Understand the Rules and Sign the Release
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established a set of rules and procedures. Please take a moment to read them thoroughly and sign the release form. You can access the document here.
Step 3: Submit the Signed Release Form
Once you have signed the release form, you can send it to us via email at ecaa@elliscountyart.net or mail it to:

Alternatively, you can bring the signed form to our next meeting. There are also forms available to be signed at our monthly Art Meet.
Step 4: Get Your Label Template
Proper labeling is crucial for your artwork. To obtain the editable label template, you must request it by sending an email to ecaa@elliscountyart.net. Upon filling out the form sent to you, you will receive an email with the label template. You can use this label for all your paintings, simply edit the title and price. Please follow the instructions included with the label to correctly attach it to your painting, you can delete the instructions before printing to save on ink.
